Le Plan conjoint des habitats de l\u2019Est (PCHE) est un partenariat regroupant six provinces de l\u2019est du Canada, vou\u00e9 \u00e0 la conservation des habitats essentiels pour les oiseaux et la faune. Son site web<\/a> devait s\u2019adresser \u00e0 des publics vari\u00e9s \u2014 partenaires gouvernementaux, bailleurs de fonds, professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s de la conservation et grand public \u2014 tout en refl\u00e9tant la nature collaborative de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travaillant \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents fuseaux horaires et avec la participation de nombreux intervenant\u00b7e\u00b7s, nous avons con\u00e7u un site alliant clart\u00e9 et impact. Le projet s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec des photographes et des sp\u00e9cialistes en communication afin de refl\u00e9ter \u00e0 la fois la rigueur scientifique et la port\u00e9e \u00e9motionnelle du travail du PCHE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si j\u2019ai assur\u00e9 la direction cr\u00e9ative et la supervision du projet \u2014 entre autres t\u00e2ches \u2014 pour la plupart des projets de mon portfolio, le r\u00e9sultat final refl\u00e8te un processus collaboratif. J\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 \u00e9troitement avec des professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s de divers horizons : r\u00e9dacteur\u00b7trice\u00b7s, d\u00e9veloppeur\u00b7euse\u00b7s, illustrateur\u00b7trice\u00b7s, photographes, imprimeur\u00b7euse\u00b7s et coll\u00e8gues designers. Mon r\u00f4le consistait \u00e0 orienter la strat\u00e9gie et \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre, tout en valorisant les contributions de chacun\u00b7e. Je crois que diriger en design, c\u2019est comme diriger un orchestre et non jouer de tous les instruments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
