Une face abordait les pr\u00e9occupations et l\u2019autonomisation des personnes souhaitant s\u2019exprimer; l\u2019autre mettait l\u2019accent sur l\u2019\u00e9coute et la responsabilit\u00e9 des personnes en position de leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019image de couverture, avec son l\u00e9ger changement de mise au point, symbolisait cette dynamique bidirectionnelle : parler et \u00e9couter comme \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e9galement essentiels de la culture organisationnelle. Des couleurs vives et accueillantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisies pour adoucir le ton souvent intimidant des communications RH, et ainsi encourager un dialogue ouvert \u00e0 tous les niveaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat final a offert aux \u00e9quipes RH un outil unique et inclusif pouvant \u00eatre distribu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e9gale \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du personnel \u2014 favorisant un environnement plus ouvert et bienveillant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-7a083547-5522-462a-a478-1dd07697936f\">Si j\u2019ai assur\u00e9 la direction cr\u00e9ative et la supervision du projet \u2014 entre autres t\u00e2ches \u2014 pour la plupart des projets de mon portfolio, le r\u00e9sultat final refl\u00e8te un processus collaboratif. J\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 \u00e9troitement avec des professionnel\u00b7le\u00b7s de divers horizons : r\u00e9dacteur\u00b7trice\u00b7s, d\u00e9veloppeur\u00b7euse\u00b7s, illustrateur\u00b7trice\u00b7s, photographes, imprimeur\u00b7euse\u00b7s et coll\u00e8gues designers. Mon r\u00f4le consistait \u00e0 orienter la strat\u00e9gie et \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre, tout en valorisant les contributions de chacun\u00b7e.
