In Memoriam – Hans Schlichtmann

It is with deep sadness that we share news about the passing of Hans Schlichtmann, President of Burgham Sales Limited. There are so many wonderful things that can be said about Hans and every one of them touch on what was special about him.  He was a true gentleman and a wonderful person to be around.  Every year the staff at PIJAC Canada looked forward to seeing him.  He made a point of coming to visit with a handshake and a hug. We always knew he would have a few funny stories to tell, and could be counted on to share honest feedback, positive and constructive, on how he felt the association was doing.   As a business member we couldn’t ask for better and as a colleague we are truly blessed to have known him.
