Developed and implemented a donation microsite for the International Domestic Workers Federation (IDWF), a WIEGO member organization, as part of a targeted fundraising pilot project.
Led the end-to-end creation of supportdomesticworkers.org (no longer online), including content planning, UX design, and front-end development. Coordinated with IDWF and WIEGO’s communications team to craft messaging aligned with COVID-19 emergency appeals. Integrated secure online donation functionality and supported the operational transition of IDWF’s financial accounts from Hong Kong to Geneva to enable the initiative. The campaign mobilized support for domestic workers in 58 countries during the pandemic.
While I provided creative direction and project oversight—among other tasks—for most of my portfolio samples, the final outcome reflects a collaborative process. I worked closely with professionals across disciplines, including writers, developers, illustrators, photographers, printers, and fellow designers. My role included guiding strategy and execution while empowering others to contribute their strengths. I believe leadership in design means conducting the orchestra, not playing every instrument.
