The Passports Are Ready and We Are Off to Italy!

Zoomark, in Bologna Italy is one of the top trade pet events in the world.  Members will convene there as part of the 2019 Canadian Pavilion hosted by PIJAC Canada.  Export ready Canadian businesses are getting ready to pack their bags and heading to Europe to meet with exhibitors and buyers from all over the globe.

Visitors to the Canadian Pavilion will engage with export ready Canadian brands.  Some of the exhibitors on-site at the pavilion are Canadian Jerky Company Ltd., Oven-Baked Traditions / Bio Biscuit Inc., Petcurean Pet Nutrition Inc., Taplow Feeds/Firstmate Pet Foods, and PLB International Inc. Guests will have the opportunity to discuss product lines with business leaders onsite and enjoy some Canadian hospitality.

PIJAC Canada has represented the Canadian pet market abroad since the early 90’s fostering steady growth year over year. Giving our members the support they need to participate at Zoomark affords them the opportunity to introduce their lines to foreign markets and exponentially increase their business. Currently, Canadian businesses export to 70 countries and the estimated value of the industry in Canada will reach $9.2 billion in this year*.  Being able to leverage a history of consistent growth and a national reputation for quality, will serve members well as they conduct business on the world stage next week
